If the product is defective, please email the picture of the damaged item to info@AspenTyke.com. We will send you the replacement.

 

RETURNS

To Process Return, follow these Steps:

Terms & Conditions:

  • Item(s) must be purchased from AspenTyke.com

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and include all packaging and contents to receive a full refund.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns.
  • Please include all used and unused products together with all packaging and contents to receive the refund.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Refunds are normally processed within 5-7 business days (however, please allow up to two weeks). The refund will be in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items without receipt or proof of purchase

  • Items not purchased on aspentyke.com (purchases made at one of our retailers, must be returned to them directly)

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
